Alumni Transcript Requests

Transcripts are designated Official or Student copies (unofficial).  To be considered official, transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar, the Institute's seal, and should be sent directly from the Registrar's Office to the school or institution requiring them.  Student copies bear the stamp "student copy" and does not have the seal or signature. Please complete the Transcript Request Form   and submit the completed form to:  CIIS Registrar's Office, 1453 Mission Street, CA  94103 or Fax it to 415-575-1267
