Doctoral Student with Cat Seeks Long-Term Housing by July 1st
I'm seeking a large studio, one bedroom or in-law in SF, Oakland or Berkeley. A safe neighborhood walking distance to BART would be ideal. I have a cat and would like access to a garden or yard for him to roam. I am looking to move on or before July 1st into my new long-term home.

I am a 49 year-old lesbian, doctoral candidate in psychology. I am extremely reliable, quiet, easy going, no smoking/drinking/drugs and enjoy being part of a vibrant neighborhood. I am moving after 20 years in my SF apartment. References upon request.
